Cristiana Ursache (b. 1999) is a curator based in Iași, Romania. She holds a BA and an MA in Art History and in Theories and Practices in Visual Arts from the “George Enescu” National University of Arts in Iași, where, since 2023, she has been pursuing a PhD focused on curatorial practices in Romania from the 2000s to the present. Within the same university, she teaches seminars on aesthetics, curatorial studies, and curatorial practice.

Through the Erasmus+ programme, she completed part of her studies in Seville and attended courses at the University of Zürich and the OnCurating Academy in Berlin. Since 2022, she has been a curator at Artep Gallery. She served as a cultural mediator for the Romanian Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale and coordinated the cultural mediation programme at the Garrison Chapel in London for the exhibition of artist Ștefan Câlția. In 2024, she collaborated with Listval Gallery in Iceland, was selected for a research residency organized by AGA in partnership with HKW (Haus der Kulturen der Welt) in Berlin, and in 2025 she received a research fellowship at the National University of San Martín in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
